eCommerce Operations and Digital Marketing team is seeking an
experienced Marketing Copywriter to create compelling, high-impact
content across digital marketing channels. In this role, youll
write engaging copy that drives customer engagement, conversion,
and retention while helping shape the overall content experience
for a leading eCommerce platform in the healthcare space. This
position offers the opportunity to contribute to a large-scale
digital transformation initiative while collaborating with a
passionate, cross-functional team. Youll play an integral role in
defining messaging that connects customers to meaningful digital
experiences through clear, strategic, and creative storytelling.
The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of digital
marketing, exceptional writing skills, and the ability to tailor
messaging to align with both business goals and user needs.
Responsibilities: Write and edit marketing content for eCommerce
experience pages and digital marketing campaigns. Ensure all
deliverables align with brand standards, editorial guidelines, and
messaging strategy. Collaborate with product, UX, research,
marketing, and legal teams to refine messaging. Enrich product data
and assets using PIM (Product Information Management) and DAM
(Digital Asset Management) systems. Support technical content
initiatives and digital communication needs as required. Manage
multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, maintaining
attention to detail and meeting deadlines. Incorporate stakeholder
feedback to refine and enhance content effectiveness. Contribute to
content strategy discussions, helping to shape and improve user
journeys through clear, engaging copy. Qualifications: 5 years of
copywriting experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven
environment. Proven experience in eCommerce; B2B experience
preferred. Familiarity with UX writing, content strategy, and
digital content design a plus. Experience with Adobe Workfront and
Jira a plus. Background in healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
preferred. Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal
skills. Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
Portfolio showcasing a range of digital content samples across
marketing platforms. Bachelors degree in marketing, Communications,
or related field preferred. Upon acceptance of offer, candidates
will be required to complete a 7-year background check and undergo
a urine panel drug screening. Employment verification for the past
5 years and education verification will also be required. Accepted
documents include transcripts, diplomas, pay stubs, W2s, or
