This role is critical in ensuring that all maintenance tasks are executed efficiently and effectively, maintaining their reputation for excellence. There are multiple locations and the facility setting is multi-family apartment buidlings. -*This job is located in Columbus, OH . Key Responsibilities : --- Perform electrical repairs and installations in various settings.
--- Strong knowledge of exterior and interior repairs
--- Conduct drywall installation, repair, and finishing.
--- Handle basic plumbing tasks, including repairs and installations.
--- Diagnose and troubleshoot maintenance issues promptly.
--- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
--- Coordinate with the management team to complete projects on schedule.
--- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain professional conduct. Qualifications : --- Proven experience as a Field Maintenance Technician or similar role.
--- Strong electrical skills, including experience with wiring, fixtures, and controls.
--- Experience in drywall installation, finishing, and repair.
--- Basic plumbing skills, including the ability to troubleshoot and fix common issues.
--- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals.
--- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
--- Good physical condition and strength.
--- High school diploma or equivalent; further technical training is a plus.
--- Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Job Type : Full-time
