Job Description:
New River Electrical Corporation seeks an experienced,
results-driven contracts manager to join our team. As a Contracts
Manager, you will be responsible for handling the life-cycle
contract process for labor & services supporting both the company
and the company's clients from simple to complex business deals,
key material and equipment, and Engineer, Procure, and Construct
(EPC) initiatives.--You will also collaborate with cross-functional
teams, make strategic decisions and implement best practices within
our procurement and contracting function.This is an exciting

of this RoleAssist the VP of Strategic Sourcing and Procurement in
building out a lean and robust sourcing and procurement
organization.Design and manage the entire contract lifecycle, in a
way that is neutral, beneficial and fair to all parties
involved.Ensure that all contractual accountability and duties are
met by both the parties signing it.Perform periodic reviews of the
contracts in place and provide resolution services whenever a
situation arises.Educate the stakeholders about their rights and
responsibilities as per the conditions laid in the
contract.Establish a contract management system to regulate the
contract management workflow, deliverables and manage risk.There
may be occasional limited travel for off-site meetings, events or
other business matters. --Management TasksManage and lead contract
specialists in the areas of labor, services, material and
equipment.Direct activities associated with the more complex
contracts.--Draft, monitor and review contracts across various
verticals and scales within the organization.Provide essential
contract management services, by resolving conflicts, providing
deal summaries to contract owners, and work with legal to approve
contracts as to form and advise internal stakeholders.Supervise the
performance of the contract and work towards compliance with the
terms and conditions within the four corners of the
contract.Prepare reports and documentation on the contract
performance and present to all levels of the company's
management.Utilize various methods of communication with internal
and external stakeholders on the status of the contracts.Other

with or without notice.Required Skills/QualificationsBachelor's
degree in finance, law, business administration, or a similar
discipline.7-10+ years of experience in negotiating general
T&Cs for goods and services.Prior experience in leading
people.Contract drafting and negotiation skills.Accuracy and high
attention to detail.Working knowledge of contract management
systems or software - preferably Agiloft.Ability to multi-task and
work independently.Physical DemandsThe physical demands described
