Job Description Hull Brothers, Inc. is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Salesman to join our agricultural equipment sales team. This role focuses on selling Case IH equipment and other product lines while building long-term relationships with farmers and customers in our trade area. Key Responsibilities Sell a full line of Case IH agricultural equipment and other equipment brands carried by the dealership Guide customers through the complete sales process, from initial contact to final delivery Develop strong product knowledge to accurately match equipment to customer needs Work closely with the sales, parts, and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers while developing new business Follow up with customers before and after the sale to ensure a positive experience Meet or exceed individual and dealership sales goals Qualifications & Skills Strong work ethic and self-motivation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to learn detailed equipment specifications and features Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail Agricultural background or equipment knowledge preferred, but not required Prior sales experience is a plus Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay Bonus opportunities based on performance Full benefits package, including health insurance and retirement options Paid time off Why Work at Hull Brothers Family-owned dealership with a strong local reputation Long-term customer relationships and repeat business Supportive team environment Opportunity for growth within the company
