I studied science before shifting my path toward investing, and ultimately insurance, and Im a proud graduate of The Ohio State University. Outside of work, Im a dad to twin daughters, and I love food - trying new restaurants, supporting small local spots, and traveling whenever I can. Our team currently includes two team members, and were excited to grow as we build a strong, motivated office together. Responsibilities: Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information. Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines. Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities. Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community. Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience. Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives. Qualifications: Effective written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred. Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
