provides residential, vocational, and recreational services to
individuals with autism. Bittersweet is seeking a Part-time Direct
Support Professional to work First shift in our Lima day program .
This position is a part time position working three days a week
Wed, Thurs, & Fri from 7:30AM-4:15PM. This position requires
requires a valid driver's license & auto insurance. Must have a
clean driving record for the last three years. Direct Support
Professionals help enrich lives and make a difference while also
providing you with valuable work experience. Direct Support
Professionals teach, mentor and positively impact the lives of
individuals with disabilities through skills development. A

and those with a desire to help others. Employee Benefits/Pay:
Starting wage from $16.50 - $17.00 an hour. No Nights & No

autism. Responsibilities of Direct Support Professionals: Provide
person-centered supports which requires flexibility, creativity and
commitment Work in partnership with participants Promote
communication, choice, independence, socialization, and empowerment
for the participants Skills of Direct Support Professionals:
Possess and uses empathy in all actions and interactions
Effectively work in teams with co-workers and participants Ability
to express patience in difficult situations Ability to drive daily
routes in our company vehicles and provide transportation for our
participants REQUIREMENTS: High school Diploma or GED Valid
Driver's License Valid Auto Insurance Clean Driving Record for the
last three years. Ability to pass physical/drug screen prior to
start date. Must be able to work from 7:30AM -4:15PM. Powered by
